Our return policy is simple - love our products, or send them back. If at any point in the first 50 days of purchase you decide that you're not 100% satisfied with your new product, return it for a full refund.

Simply contact us with your full name, email, and order number and a member from our Support Team will be happy to help you process your return.

A FEW QUICK THINGS: 

  • Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will email you a discounted pre-paid return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Returned goods must be in like-new, unused condition with all original Axwell packaging intact.
  • Refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment.
  • Our return policy applies only to orders placed on https://www.axwellwallet.com
  • All items marked final sale / BOGO / outlet sale  / clearance are non-refundable.

CHANGE / CANCELING ORDER

In an attempt to fulfill all orders within 1 business day, we are unable to make any edits or modifications to an order once it has been placed.

Once an order is placed, our warehouse begins processing it immediately to ensure our customers receive their order as fast as possible. 

Please double-check all shipping information before confirming your order. 

If you enter the incorrect address or contact information at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Any sale items that are specifically marked final sale / BOGO / outlet sale / clearance are not eligible for an exchange, refund, credit note, or price adjustments.

    EXCHANGES

    • We do not offer exchanges by mail.
    • You can return your regular-priced merchandise for a refund and re-order the correct merchandise to be mailed back to you.

    DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS

    Received a damaged or defective item? Email us at support@axwellwallet.com with your full name, email, order number, pictures of the damages, and a quick note explaining the issue and we will help resolve the problem.

    RETURN PROCESSING

    Track your return and wait for your return to reach our warehouse. We will process your return within 5-7 business days after we have inspected it.​ After we process the refund we will update you via email. Your refund will go back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.

    If you do not see a refund on your banking statement 2 weeks after the refund was processed, please reach out to us.
