📦 Order Processing

  • All orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
  • We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
  • If you order during the weekend or on a holiday, your order will ship the next business day.
  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number.

Important:

  • International delivery times are estimates and may vary.
  • Customs, import duties, VAT, or GST are not included and must be paid by the customer at delivery.
  • If unpaid, the package will be returned to us and your order will be refunded minus original shipping costs.

 

🌐 International Tracking & Delivery

  • Packages ship via USPS, DHL, Fedex, and UPS but your local postal service handles final delivery.
  • Tracking may be limited depending on your country’s postal system.
  • If your local postal service doesn’t deliver (e.g., UAE), you may need to arrange pickup.
  • Please include a phone number and PO box (if applicable) for smooth delivery.

 

🧾 Customs Declaration

  • All shipments are declared as "Merchandise" with the actual paid value.
  • We cannot mark items as "gifts" or reduce the declared value on customs forms.

 

🚫 Canceling or Changing Orders

  • Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away and cannot cancel or change it.
  • Please double-check your shipping info before checking out.
  • If you entered the wrong address, contact your local carrier with your tracking info to try redirecting the package.
  • Axwell is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect shipping information.
