📦 Order Processing
- All orders ship within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).
- We don’t ship on weekends or holidays.
- If you order during the weekend or on a holiday, your order will ship the next business day.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number.

Important:
- International delivery times are estimates and may vary.
- Customs, import duties, VAT, or GST are not included and must be paid by the customer at delivery.
- If unpaid, the package will be returned to us and your order will be refunded minus original shipping costs.
🌐 International Tracking & Delivery
- Packages ship via USPS, DHL, Fedex, and UPS but your local postal service handles final delivery.
- Tracking may be limited depending on your country’s postal system.
- If your local postal service doesn’t deliver (e.g., UAE), you may need to arrange pickup.
- Please include a phone number and PO box (if applicable) for smooth delivery.
🧾 Customs Declaration
- All shipments are declared as "Merchandise" with the actual paid value.
- We cannot mark items as "gifts" or reduce the declared value on customs forms.
🚫 Canceling or Changing Orders
- Once an order is placed, we begin processing it right away and cannot cancel or change it.
- Please double-check your shipping info before checking out.
- If you entered the wrong address, contact your local carrier with your tracking info to try redirecting the package.
- Axwell is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect shipping information.
