We stand behind every product we make. If you’re not 100% satisfied, you can return your order within 100 days of purchase.

✅ What qualifies for a return:

• Must be in like-new, unused condition
• Must include all original Axwell packaging
• Free gifts must also be returned if your refund disqualifies the promo

 

❌ What doesn’t qualify:

• Used, damaged, scratched, or dented items
• Items missing packaging, barcodes, parts, or accessories
• Clearance, Outlet, BOGO, or Final Sale items
• Items purchased outside axwellwallet.com
• Returns made after 100 days

 

🔁 Return Process:

1. Contact our Support Team within 100 days of purchase.
2. We’ll email you a discounted pre-paid return label (U.S. only).
3. The label cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the item is received and inspected.
5. Refunds go back to the original method of payment.

Tip: Keep your drop-off receipt just in case there's an issue with your return.

 

🔄 Exchanges:

We do not offer exchanges by mail. Simply return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.

 

🎁 Free Gift with Purchase:

If your return drops your order below the required threshold for a free gift, you must return the gift in unused condition with its original packaging and barcode.

If the gift is not returned, the retail value will be deducted from your refund.

 

📦 Final Sale Items:

Items marked as Clearance, Outlet, BOGO, or Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

 

🚨 Received a Damaged or Defective Item?

Please contact us our Support Team with your:

• Full name and order number
• Photos of the damage
• Short explanation of the issue

✏️ Order Changes & Cancellations:

We process orders immediately, so we cannot cancel or modify orders once placed. Double-check your shipping address before checkout.

If your order is shipped to an incorrect address due to an error at checkout, we cannot be held responsible.
