Our return policy is simple - if you're not completely satisfied with our products, you may return them in their original, unused condition within the first 50 days of purchase for a full refund, excluding clearance items. We're committed to your happiness, but please note that returns showing signs of use or wear cannot be accepted.

A Few Quick Things:

  • Returned goods must be in like-new, unused condition with all original Axwell packaging intact.
  • Returns that are scratched, dented, missing parts, or are damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. We will email you a discounted pre-paid return label. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Refunds need to be sent to the original purchaser's method of payment.
  • Our return policy applies only to orders placed on
  • All items marked final sale / BOGO / outlet sale  / clearance are non-refundable.


Change / Cancel Order

In an attempt to fulfill all orders within 1 business day, we are unable to make any edits or modifications to an order once it has been placed.

Once an order is placed, our warehouse begins processing it immediately to ensure our customers receive their order as fast as possible. 

Please double-check all shipping information before confirming your order. 

If you enter the incorrect address or contact information at checkout, we can not be held accountable if the order goes missing. We are not liable to refund/replace this order.


Final Sale Items

Any sale items that are specifically marked outlet sale / final sale / BOGO / clearance are not eligible for an exchange, refund, credit note, or price adjustments.



    • We do not offer exchanges by mail.
    • You can return your regular-priced merchandise for a refund and re-order the correct merchandise to be mailed back to you.


    Damaged / Defective Items

    Received a damaged or defective item? Contact us with your full name, email, order number, pictures of the damages, and a quick note explaining the issue and we will help resolve the problem.


    Return Processing

    Track your return and wait for your return to reach our warehouse. We will process your return within 7-10 business days after we have received it.​ After we process the refund we will update you via email. Your refund will go back to the original purchaser’s method of payment. Refunds typically take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.

    If you do not see a refund on your banking statement 2 weeks after the refund was processed, please reach out to us.
