- Breakages or failures affecting functionality
- Replacements for screws, elastics, money clip, and cash strap
What’s Not Covered:
- Cosmetic blemishes, scratches, stains, or scuffs
- Wear & tear from everyday use
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or intentional destruction
- Lost or stolen items
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Outlet, clearance, or final sale items

- Photos or videos of the issue
- Brief description of what happened
- Order number
- Full name, shipping address, email, and phone number
Note: Warranty claims are only valid for products purchased through axwellwallet.com or authorized resellers. Claims may be denied if fraudulent or if the item was purchased via unauthorized third-party sellers such as eBay or Facebook Marketplace.
